To cut long story short, I have received the usual letter from Reader's Digest about their sweepstakes with the different that I received also their product brochure which consist of their books and music CD. I do buy a few of their products which I feel is interesting and reply with the payment details together with the sweepstakes particular by postage.
The trouble start when they started to send their "Select Editions" book which consist of four books of the best sellers, name "The Affair", "Dead Man's Grip", "One Summer", "Gamble", together in one volume. In other word, RD is sending and billing me an product which I didn't request and order from me with an form of "amount due now" S$56 for my payment and of course together with "Express Prize Payout Statement and you are drawn as winner and must reply within 7 days" blah blah blah.
Had any Reader Digest's customer meet with the same situation as me? Any experienced "customer" could advise how do I rejected this "unsolicited" order? It also make me think twice about buying from reader's digest in future.
